There just isn't much speed difference between 160 and 200, so I wouldn't worry about it.
If you want to you can get the 200 speed film "pulled" down to ISO/ASA 160 by a
competent processing house. If I were you, I'd just run a roll of the ISO 200
material through the camera to see what happens.
